How lifestyle can impact male infertility
It has been known for centuries that women always blamed for the cause of infertility that happened in couple. However, did you know that male factor happens to be solely responsible for 50 % of the infertility cases? Therefore, it is important for both couple who try to conceive to put effort in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in order for them to succeed.
Apart from having a regular acupuncture in order to increase the sperms counts as well as to improve quality of sperms, it is equally important for male to guard their lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle can increase the sperms count and hence enhancing the chance for couple to conceive.
